Do you have cancellation policy? 

Yes, any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment

What happens if I am late for my appointment? 

Although I understand life happens I do have a 15 min grace period. If you aren’t here within that window period it might result in having to reschedule to a different day.

Do you have a service guarantee policy? 

Yes, if your not completely you have a 7days starting from your appointment date to notify me and have me correct it at no extra cost.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be asked and a card on file incase of a no-show or a cancellation, that 50% will go towards your service.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is allowed and must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment your 50% non-refundable deposit will be transferred to your new appointment once anything after that a new deposit will need to be made.

Do you have Early Appointments or Late Appointments? 

Yes, please don’t hesitate to reach out as I am flexible and will try my best to accommodate you!

Are children allowed?

Yes, just please keep into consideration that we are not responsible for accidents and if something is broken, the guardian is responsible.

Is there a preferred payment method?

Yes, I prefer cash and apple cash

What type of Payments do I accept?

I accept Apple Pay, Tap, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Google Pay, Zelle, Cashapp, and Venmo

Is there a processing fee?

Yes, when using card it will charge you a 3.5% fee
